Our Policy

All reservations require 100% payment at the time of booking.

Quotes provided are valid for 48 hours; after this period, the villa will be released and availability is no longer guaranteed.

Bookings cancelled 30 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 is required upon check-in.

After a property inspection at check-out, guests will receive their security deposit in full if nothing is broken or missing.
